#1 Kindness
With everything that has been going on, I would like to emphasis on kindness. Especially now during the virus outbreak, stop thinking that the world only evolves around you. Be kind with everyone, be gentle with others, have some common sense. Others are struggling as well, others are thinking about their fate, others are thinking about their future possibility. The least we can do now is to just be kind.
It takes zero ringgit and zero energy to spread positivity, elevate and uphold others. Just like the saying goes, if you don't have nice things to say then just keep it to yourself. Its called empathy and tolerance, in which we as a member of society is lacking. The word kindness itself is general & can be many things at once, but we as an individual has a say on how we wanted to interpret kindness-- it can be as simple as greeting "Have a nice day!", a thank you, smiling to others, buying that karipap or nasi lemak on the side of road --to just make someone's day.
Everyone is struggling to make end meets. Everyone is affected by the outbreak. How selfish are we to make others' life harder when they themselves are nearly drowning and just trying to live. Stop being wrapped up in oneself. Be sensitive. Even if situation has gotten better, we must not put a fullstop on kindness.
